I ordered a bracelet to be delivered to my niece, was a little bit disappointed that it took a week to arrive as it was for her birthday, but I of course should have ordered it sooner. Very friendly staff on the phone when I rang to check the order would go to the different address I had asked for, so really cannot fault the service.
