Ordered earrings to be sent in a hurry as guest was flying to Germany and needed them before leaving. Paid extra for DPD service and whilst we were at home the entirety of the two days they "attempted" delivery, we were left a not that the goods were held in another town and when we rang that DPD office, never an answer. Earrings finally arrived and now we've had to pay to post them onward to Germany. We called Joshua James customer service as was told it was out of their hands. JJ, suggestion for you: choose a reliable delivery service if you want satisfied customers
