I ordered on sunday, in the extra info box on the order page I requested the item not be sent out straight away so I had a chance of being in for the postman on Thursday, my day off. on Tuesday I had a "you weren't in", card from the postman. it had been sent straight away. the item was however half the normal price and so I offered them a further £450 of possible business via e-mail as the items I wanted price quotes on weren't in stock. no answer. so I sent the same message via their "contact us", page. no answer. business must be good if they can afford to ignore customers wanting to buy more.
