Hi although your delivery was quick and email confirmation good I was was very disappoined in the final product presentation from you. I spent over £40 on a troll bead not a huge sum, but not insignificant but it arrived in a plast bag, no presentation packaging and as it was a gift this is I belive very poor. My previous purchases from you had included small bag and box. Contrast this with a symultanious order I placed with Acotis Diamonds for a troll bead for less than £12 and it came in hinged presentation box and luxury rope gift bag. Sorry to say I was very dissapointed
