I ordered a nomination bracelet and charm which arrived very quickly and was pleased, But i wasn't told you needed the tool to make the bracelet i ordered one on the 23rd of November which i havent received yet and i am disappointed as it is a gift for my daughter on Friday and i will have to give it to her unwearable.
