I placed my 2nd order, on 29th November for a nonimation charm, this charm is a Christmas gift, the order was placed in ample time to allow delivery prior to Christmas. I contacted the customer services team via email and spoke with Jade. As I have a real concern my package has been lost.to be old to wait 14 days, well as you can imagine this is not acceptable, I have paid for a item, and as on 9th December still not received it. This I beyond your own timeframes advised, may I aslo dd my 1st order, was also placed in November and arrived within 3 days during royal mail postal strike, so there is no reason why I still have not received my Christmas gift? I have requested a second charm to be sent. In fist class post but doubtful this will even be considered, so why should I be left to wait for a parcel hat is clearly not going to get here. Then wait a further 14 days this takes us after Christmas so no point in that, i paid for an item, I expect it to be delivered yiu took the payment, I should be offered a full refund regardless, this isn't a great customer satisfaction on a second order
