I placed 3 orders on 27/28th Feb, each being eligible for DPD next day delivery. Whilst a couple of items were out of stock, I expected the rest to be delivered the following day. This didn't happen on any of the 3 orders. 5 days later I contacted customer services because I needed the items for Mothers Day and was told they would be sent next day delivery (arriving Saturday 4th).
I then received an email stating the items wouldn't actually be delivered until the day after Mother's Day (7th March), so I contacted them again to be told the member of staff hadn't indicated that next day delivery was required.
It's now 6 days later and I haven't received any of the items I ordered, plus I won't have a present for my mum on Mother's Day. Even though they admitted their error, they were still unwilling to rectify the matter. Also, they cannot meet their DPD next day delivery assurance, because DPD don't operate at weekends!!
This is not the first time I've had problems with this company. Delivery dates have not been met, they don't offer any explanation and I have had to chase the delivery each time.
I will use up my remaining Loyalty Points but thereafter will never order from them again- Awful company.
