Item shown was misleading so on arrival I contacted customer service and found their response to be Sharpe unhelpful and verging on rude.
I had to pay nearly £8 to return the item and this returns postage has not been refunded.
The item was earrings and the images shown clearly shows two earrings yet it is a single earring and for it's style this is not what you'd expect.
Customer service was very unhelpful and I've now been left out of pocket.
