A promise of a first purchase discount turned out to be very misleading and in effect a sham. I lodged a query about this on their "contact us" page and they haven't bothered to reply. I ordered a wedding ring and it was made clear that there is a 4 week delay, but it has been three weeks already and there has been no update from the initial message. This is rubbish customer care given the size and importance of the purchase.
