Very sorry to give you a poor review but the item that I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery did not arrive because your delivery service emailed me saying it would not be delivered until Monday 14th March. No good to me as my daughter's 40th birthday was on Sunday 13th March. Imagine how I felt with no gift to give to her. Your normal service, sent via Royal Mail, normally gets to me next day but I decided to use your special next day delivery to ensure I had it on the Saturday but your delivery service thinks it is OK for it to get there 2 working days later - that makes no sense to me. If it had been sent Royal Mail, first class, signed for I would have got it on the Saturday. You need to change your special delivery service as it is not acceptable to charge extra for next day only for it not to arrive.
