Earrings, order process and delivery all fine but didn't expect a pair of Links of London earrings to be sent in a Hot Diamonds presentation box. Fortunately they were for me and not a gift...you don't expect to pay £130 for earrings and not have them sent in the correct branded box. Other than that no complaints and in all fairness I have not bothered to contact to put right.
