I ordered a genuine Pandora charm for a friends birthday, but when I received it I was very disappointed that it did not come with the usual gift box. It was actually attached to the invoice in a plastic bag ! There was a flimsy box but I threw that in the bin. Luckily I had a spare box from previous purchases from the Pandora shop. Very disappointed.
