I currently have 2 orders outstanding with Joshua james for the last 5 weeks , when I ordered it was advised 6-8 days , my girlfriends birthday is tomorrow so I feel I ordered in plenty of time . The updates have failed to arrive and I have had to chase , I still do not have an advised delivery date.
When I contacted Joshua James to see if they could offer a goodwill gesture towards another purchase whilst I waited , I was told because I had used a discount code on the orders I am waiting for They were not willing to offer a discount towards a further purchase.
The fact I took advantage of a discount code offered on this site is irrelevant.
Please note this company has had over 400 pounds of my money for 5 weeks ! these are not small orders.
I feel the service I have been given is terrible. I appreciate the delay may not be their fault , However I do feel customers should be kept better informed and offered a little good will for the inconvenience caused by the false advertising on their site.
I am sorry to say this is not the first time I have encountered and issue like this with this company , If it wasn't for the large Thomas sabo range they stock I would not order from this company , I thought what with 5 weeks to spare , they may be able to manage it , I was very wrong.
