Unfortunately I was sent the wrong Nomination charm which I had ordered for my daughter's birthday.
I phoned your customer care department who were very helpful. I reordered the charm over the phone and was told I would be refunded both the cost of the charm sent in error and my postage.
I did receive the replacement and a refund for the one sent in error but have not been refunded my postage. This is somewhat disappointing.
