I was looking for some earrings for a friends birthday and found them on your site so I thought I would take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer. I was very disappointed when they arrived in that the earrings were extremely damaged. I couldn't believe that they were sent in that state and was even more disappointed that when I rang they were out of stock and that they would take 10 days to get them in stock which was no use really as I needed them that weekend for my friends birthday. To be honest I thought that a little more effort could have been made to get them in stock sooner. I ended up having to order a different pair. I cant however fault the delivery service.
