I didn't think the service I received was good. The website was unclear when I submitted my order for a graduation hat charm which was ordered for next day delivery. Not only did I not get the charm I wanted but the charm didn't arrive the next day. When I contacted to ask for a refund they wouldn't give me one. I have ordered a lot from this site before so wasn't happy on this occasion!
