My husband purchased me a nomination charm with a cancer bow on it, the enamel came off so he was told to return it which he as, postage paid by us, he was told we would get a replacement within 2 weeks this as not happened, so he telephoned joshua james and was told by one of the advisers that the charm still was not in stock but because of the messing around and because they couldnt be sure when we would get the replacement that we could have a refund, but on speaking to the next adviser he was told because it is over a year we can only have a replacement even though it is faulty and they have no idea when we will get another. My husband asked to speak to a manager that was 2days ago and we still have had no call from him, too busy to speak to paying customers who have spent hundreds of pounds at joshua james, so i am advising anyone thinking of purchasing from joshua james, there after sales customer service is disgusting they dont deserve custom when they cant even be bothered to make contact with customers, i will never give them my custom again!!!
