An unsuitable bracelet was delivered. This was returned and after waiting 4 weeks was told it was out of stock but new stock was due and the replacement would be despatched then. After a further 4 weeks I contacted yorseleves and was told there were difficulties with stock so I asked for a refund. This was a poor outcome.
