I think the website is very easy to use and the products are good and value for money, I always buy nomination charms and bracelets from Joshua James,,,,, it is however annoying that I have to ask in special requirements for packaging for all charms if buying more than one as on many occasions I have ordered more than one and only received packaging for 1, assuming they are for 1 person isn't acceptable.
