overall very good with overall ordering process and speedy delivery however, a fact I didn't find out until my wife opened the present on Christmas Day, there had been a mistake and the birth month of my grandchild had been entered as February rather than September as ordered. Rather embarrassing though I probably should have checked when delivered so partly to blame myself. Not returned the link yet so await to see how that process works out but, based on previous efficiency demonstrated, im sure this will go smoothly. Overall very happy
