Very quick service...on part of the order. I ordered a Nomination bracelet and additional initial charm for my niece's birthday. Unfortunately, after the order had gone through I received an email informing me of a delay on the charm. It won't be here in time. I would prefer the information about availability to be given at the point of purchase , not after. I'd have chosen an alternative charm that was immediately available given the choice.
Apart from this, I am very happy with the service given.
