Was sold an item that was out of stock and wasn't told this until 5 days later. When I rang them about my money I spoke to a snotty woman who told me that I must have read wrong and it was all my fault ect. I then had to wait 10 days for the refund.
The item that I purchased was a birthday present which I never ended up getting.
