The website was really helpful in choosing the right ring. I received email notifications to update me about how long the process takes and when the engagement ring arrives. Maybe the little cube box (with the ring inside) could have had a better finition - that is why I put 4 stars instead of 5. But overall very satisfied with the purchase, and the ring looks fantastic!
