In May, I ordered a troll safety chain by phone, using two £10 gift cards; the balance was paid by card. Despite numerous phone calls (helpful, but ultimately ineffective) and emails (all unanswered) and FB messages (mostly unanswered) and an excuse about moving premises, I still have not received it (it's October) yet the money has been taken. I have previously had excellent service, but am in despair about this. Do you think I should contact Trading Standards? I really cannot believe how many times this complaint has slipped through the net. You'd think they'd take care of their customers, wouldn't you?
