My pandora neclace is lovley butt when it arrived I was very disappointed that I couldn't put it on I didn't see any thing about a clip that I had to buy I clasp I have brought to 3 or 4 things from you and have been happy I use your shop as I'm disabled with many things but at the same time like to buy nice things i had in mind what charm I liked and was going to buy but has all had to go on hold I'm really sorry I have had to tell you this.
