I ordered a nomination bracelet on 17th oct, had confirmation of my order for 24 hour delivery. 2 days later an email arrived to say it was out of stock. I have emailed to say I want a refund and that have breached the cpr's but no response. Emailed again, no response. He is also on fb on his own personal page just search Darren Bell Yorkshire and it comes up. I've written to his home address and I'm going to claim back through my bank.
