I placed an order for 4 nomination charms on the 13/10/2016 all items showed as in stock on the website, a day later I received an email saying items would be in stock in 7-10 days, this was not a problem. After waiting 2 weeks for an email about delivery I decided to message them, I got no reply, I then messaged AGAIN 2 days later, I finally got a reply which said they would be getting another nomination delivery on 31/10/2016 and 7/11/2016 my order would be dispatched from there. I have now received an email advising they are changing the website and currently don't keep stock of nomination charms and my delivery could take up to six weeks!!!!! Had I know the customer service was so poor I would never have ordered again. This is the second time I've had delivery issues with Joshua James. If delivery times are going to be so long customer should be advised!!
