I placed an order with them for 4 items and these were meant to arrive next day delivery. The items were all showing as in stock on their website. I then received an email 2 days later (so after delivery) to tell me that they were not in stock. I managed to eventually speak to someone, by tracing the opticians next door to them and the lovely lady went in there and asked them to call me back! I then received 3 of the 4 items, the lady was lovely and very helpful at JJ, she assured me that I would get my items and that they just had a back log. I was concerned as I have used this company a lot of the last few years and never had a problem. Over a month later and I have still not received the final item, despite phoning them a number of times and sending lots of emails, I have been ignored...that is until I suggested that I might dispute the amount with my credit card. All of a sudden, I received a response saying that my order was cancelled and that they were issuing a refund and have processed the refund for less than half the value of the charm I ordered. I am absolutely fuming and will be taking this matter further, my credit card company are aware of the situation and I will also be reporting the company for failure to provide items that they have taken money for!!
