It seems I really should have read the reviews before placing my order on the 22nd october.
Like many others I placed the order, selecting items that were in stock, paid with PayPal and got a message thanking me for my order and payment. I then received a message to say the items were not in stock but would be in 7-10 days.
Emails are rarely answered, the phone is never answered. November 16th, after a number of emails, I got a message to say the items had been dispatched. On the 18th November, in a rare response to a message I sent, I received an apology for the delay of my order which should be with me now. Needless to say, it is not. I have not yet received a single item from my three item order. Plus, I have had the additional inconvenience of having to "panic purchase" another leaving gift for my former work colleague.
