I can only add to the complaints about Joshua James. I wish to confirm that there is no customer service - they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails.
As others describe, this used to be a company that was fine to deal with when placing online orders, but not any more. Please beware. They are now very unprofessional. I will continue to deal with the relevant organisations to contribute to this company taking some responsibility.
