Shocking service!!!!!
Ordered nomination charms as a gift, all at the time were stated in stock. Later get email that there may be a delay with my order I then tried to contact Joshua James via contact page or by phone to cancel my order. There was no response. After trying for 2.5 weeks finally I get a response but no apology or any positive customer service or indeed any estimate of when I may actually get my order.
