Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Ordered a nomination bracelet and charm in October. Was moving house while they was awaiting stock, so changed our address on our account over 10 days before we was due to move. Moved house 5-7th November, got an email 10th November saying items been despatched to old address. 4 emails and no reply from them. Rang them today and they say it's not their responsibility when the items have left them. Told us to find it through Royal Mail but have no tracking. I bet. They refuse refund and refuse to help us find our parcel. Steer clear!!!! Con artists who take your money then don't care what happens!!!!!!
