Delivery time was extremely good.
Free P&P was also most beneficial.
I have one comment:
A the charm was intended as a gift I was a little disappointed with the packaging of the product. Previously I received goods direct from Thomas Sabo and felt that their attention to the packaging of the product was enhanced as they included the drawstring 'silk' bag.
I will use your company to order further goods but perhaps you could consider my comments regarding the packaging.
