I ordered a gold bracelet along with several charms, only to receive a silver bracelet in return. I eventually got speaking to someone yesterday morning and they advised me that they would send me the gold bracelet when they received their silver one back. I then had to pay £7.00 postage to ensure the incorrect package was returned, so that I could receive the correct order. None of which was my fault... I think the level of customer service I received or lack of, was terrible. I am not of the opinion that the customer is always right, but I did not make the error and feel I am currently out of pocket to attempt to rectify their mistake. I have tried speaking to someone from 9am today without any luck. I am currently not a very happy customer.
