I ordered two nomination charms for my wife for her birthday. These were dispatched on the 7th December 2016 with with free next day delivery by Royal Mail. I am now writing this on the 15th December & my order has still not arrived.
My wife's birthday has now come & gone, so very disappointed.
I have informed yourselves of this order .
