Being charged for the two charms I ordered but only receiving one in my package isn't really ideal so close to Christmas considering the receipt that was actually in with the order stated x2 (not sure how they could have missed that one if I'm honest!)
That being said though,the customer service team were very good at getting back to me and quick to send out the replacement charm.
Just a shame there was a mix up in the first place,otherwise it would have been perfect.
