Ordered a charm for my wife end of October which didn't arrive. After a prolonged e-mail exchange they advised they would send a replacement. It didn't arrive. In frustration I asked for my money back and approximately 6 weeks from placing my order I received a refund. Sorry it's not a better review, but I can only be honest!
