We ordered a gift voucher for a Christmas present at the start of December. We asked for it to be sent by post but did give an email address at the same time. The email arrived here but it wasn't clear that that was the gift voucher. We were expecting something we could at least print off and physically hand over as a gift.
After a few days of no voucher appearing by post we attempted to call the customer service line on the website for advice - we never got through. We also sent an email through the contact us system and again we have not yet received a response.
We have now realised that we should have used the address of the intended recipient - as she will know have to register using our email address to redeem the voucher. Had we done that the Christmas present would have arrived several weeks too early.
