Order place on 28/12/16. Despite numerous emails, order has still not arrived or is even in store yet-today is the 26/01/17. The emails I received from Joshua James were vague, had no delivery date or expectation of delivery despite the website showing 5 of the item I ordered in stock at the time of order. I rang them today to find out where my order was and was told they had no date yet for it returning into stock. Incidentally, I rang on a previous date and there was no answer or even an answer machine to pick up my call. I would advise anyone reading these reviews to regard the poor reviews given as true reflections of this company's service and to disregard the positive as untrue. I have cancelled my order and I am now awaiting confirmation of this and of my refund. One of the worst companies I have ever ordered from online and I am a regular online shopper.
