ordered an item on 31/01/17 - took my money but did not inform me until the next day that the item was not in stock - on 10/02/17 i am still waiting for the item - contacted through website/email/phone to no avail - phone contact has been every single day numerous times a day an it never gets answered - the single worst customer service i have ever recieved in my life - so much so i am going through my bank to claim the money for the item back as they have not fulfilled my request
