I ordered the Sister nomination charm for (guess who?) my Sister. However I am MAN so only ordered the BIG charm which subsequently doesn't fit on the Classic bracelet. The returns policy is easy to follow and I'm posting this bag tomorrow and have already ordered the Classic charm to replace it.
