No response to emails requesting an exchange and no response on a refund and never an answer on phone.
Luckily, my local Thomas Sabo branch in Southampton were able to exchange the bracelet I ordered for the right size and also engraved it for free!
Would not recommend buying from Joshua James unless you know what you're getting specifically and that you know that you won't need to communicate with them after sale.
