I'm very pleased with the products and the speed at which they arrived.
The only problem I had was with the packaging. I was really worried when I noticed a large tear in the envelope. Due to the fact that the charms were sent in a regular envelope used for letters, it was only the fact that the charms were in a bag stapled to the paperwork which stopped them being lost. It might be worth using either a jiffy bag or a plastic bag for future deliveries. I would be disappointed to have to go elsewhere because of packaging issues.
