I have used JJ for many years and been a long and loyal customer. Loved the products (mostly Nomination that I buy) and recommended them to everyone, they got 5 stars from me. However, I was dismayed when I tried to log on to purchase a gift this week to find that my account was no longer recognized. I emailed them via their sight but got no response. I called up customer services and they said it is because they have a new website and lost ALL of their online customer accounts and history. They said there was information on the site 'somewhere' advising customers they need to re-register. I can't find this anywhere and received no notification that this would be happening. Surely they have lost many customers this way? Very poor that a new website loses all previous customer information. I'm not happy but will continue to use them (with my new account - with I might add, no loyalty points any more) just because I love Nomination.
