I ordered a brown leather pandora bracelet and was sent a purple pandora leather bracelet. I paid to have it returned by recorded delivery to then receive an email to say that the brown bracelets were out if stock, so was refunded. The paperwork with the bracelet said brown. Had I been sent the right one in the 1st place I wouldn't have missed out when they became out of stock. Disappointed as I've ordered before from JJ without any problems.
