Shocking customer service, and not for the first time either.
I actually ignored someone who told me this before I found out first hand for myself.
No customer liaison or customer satisfaction whatsoever.
Couldn't even offer a resolution to my dis-satisfaction.
Account cancelled.....Argento for me in the future.
