Beware if returning !!!
I returned a bracelet and charm for full refund after shocking customer service from the whole company, the shop would only refund the bracelet as they said the charm wasn't in the packaging !!
I know it was securely in the envelope which I returned to them.
Basically I was accused of lying, and being a fraudster......something I point blank refuse to take !!! (How do I know she wasn't lying to me, and that is WAS in the packaging and she just said this due to previous problems !)
