After ordering 9 days ago a product that was advertised as in stock I was informed it was out of stock & would take up to 10 days. As this was a present which I required quickly I asked for a refund to which I am yet to have a response. I then received a dispatch email 6 days ago & having enquired yesterday as to the delivery method have had no response or delivery. Very poor communication by this company.
