I ordered my item for my mums birthday. I ordered it on 1st September 2017 and despite it saying "first class post 1-2 days" I'm yet to receive the item and my mums birthday has been & gone & she's still waiting for her present! (it's now 12th September)
I'm upset & angry as I've sent a few emails to customer service and not had ONE reply yet!! They were quick to take my payment though which left my account 10 days ago!
Very poor service. I am still hopeful the item may arrive for my mums sake but I will never use this company again!
