Both times I've ordered with these people I've been let down. First time a couple of years ago second time nearly 2 weeks ago. Both times as birthday gifts so fairly time sensitive. I am organised enough to buy gifts in plenty of time so why can't this company be organised enough to know what stock they have in and give the customers an idea of when (if ever) they will receive their order! The first order missed the birthday by and month and a half! This order Isaboutto miss the birthday. The phone number is engaged all the time and when it isn't it rings out and then goes engaged again straight away. No way to leave a voicemail. Crap customer service
